One-time CAD set-up fee applies across all rendered content — stills, animations, and turntables. Once your model is built, it's reused for every future rendered project at no additional set-up cost. Note: real-time formats such as product viewers, AR, and VR require the model to be rebuilt to meet their technical specifications.
Ordering in bulk? Volume pricing is custom quoted — larger orders can unlock significant discounts. Reach out with your scope and we'll put together a tailored quote. The 10% new client discount doesn't stack with rush projects or custom volume pricing.

Costs typically break down into set-up fees (one-time costs to create the 3D model) and content fees (per image or per second rates). Final costs depend on reference, complexity, project scope, and technical parameters. Custom quotes and discounts are available for bulk volume projects.
It depends entirely on the scope of work, complexity, and provided reference. A project can take anywhere from days to weeks to months depending on the specifics. If you have a hard deadline, we can plan a schedule around a specific due date and offer rush options when possible.
If you have 3D CAD files, we’ll request those for starters. We typically also ask for photographic reference or physical samples, and 2D graphics such as logos and label artwork if applicable. Beyond product reference, we’ll also review the scope of work and technical parameters such as resolution and file format. We’ll go over everything prior to getting started to make sure we’re 100% on the same page.
Two rounds of revisions are included, assuming they are within the original scope of work. We will not charge for revisions if they are due to an oversight on our end.
You receive full ownership of the final designs and are free to use them however you like.
Absolutely. Our starting rates are based on low volumes, and we are happy to consider discounts for bulk volumes and on-going work, evaluated on a per project or client basis.
